The Gryphon, Dupont Circle's Newest Sports Bar/Gastropub, Now Open For Sports/Gastro Business

WASHINGTON -- There's finally a sports bar in Dupont Circle. Well, there's finally a sports bar/gastropub with antlers on the walls in Dupont Circle.

Conveniently located at 1337 Connecticut Avenue, NW, The Gryphon is in prime real estate for downtown workers, Metro riders and tourists. Executive chef Joseph Evans of Lost Society is serving modern takes on classic bar bites. While there are wings and fries on the menu, there's also Korean braised short rib tacos and mussels with lamb sausage.

The 31 television screens throughout The Gryphon will be able to screen most sporting events, local and worldwide, professional and college.
